I’m Dr. Anna, AKA The Fit Dr, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, WBFF Pro, Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach, business owner, wife, and mom who has helped hundreds of women transform their bodies, rebuild their confidence, and create sustainable lifestyles that actually last.

For years, I believed health was all about aesthetics, extreme discipline, and chasing smaller numbers on the scale. After competing in bodybuilding and earning my WBFF Pro Card in 2020, I realized true health isn’t built through restriction or all-or-nothing cycles, it’s built through sustainable habits, strength, education, and learning how to care for your body for the long term.

As a Physical Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, I bring a deeper understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, metabolism, recovery, and body composition than most traditional online coaches. My clients don’t just “lose weight.” They build strength, confidence, muscle, energy, and a lifestyle they can maintain without constantly starting over.

I created The Fit Dr Academy and the C.L.A.I.M Method because I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle motherhood, marriage, career, fitness, and personal health. This phase-based coaching system helps women Clarify their foundation, Layer sustainable habits, Anchor their identity, Implement change into real life, and Maintain results long term because lasting transformation requires more than another meal plan or quick fix.

I’m also married to a competitive bodybuilder, which means health, fitness, and personal growth are deeply integrated into our family lifestyle. But more importantly, we believe fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. Around here, we prioritize strength, confidence, longevity, family, and building a life you actually enjoy living.

Meet your Assistant Coach

I’m Andrea, a Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach with over 5 years of experience helping women create sustainable weight loss, healthier habits, and lasting lifestyle changes through realistic nutrition and fitness coaching. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science along with additional certifications in nutrition and exercise prescription, but most importantly, I understand what it’s like to balance health, motherhood, and real life.

Originally from Ecuador, I’m married to a Navy veteran and together we’re raising our two amazing kids while navigating the busy season of family life in Georgia. I know firsthand that fitness has to fit into your lifestyle in order to truly last, which is why my coaching approach focuses on creating routines that are realistic, flexible, and sustainable long-term; not quick fixes or extremes.

I have extensive experience supporting clients through both natural weight loss and GLP-1-assisted weight loss journeys, helping them build confidence, improve their relationship with food, and develop habits they can actually maintain. I also specialize in pre- and postnatal fitness and nutrition, helping women feel supported through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and every stage of motherhood.

Inside The Fit Dr Academy, my goal is to help women feel empowered through education, accountability, and support while creating a healthier lifestyle they can maintain for years to come. I believe true transformation happens when women stop chasing perfection and start building habits that work for their real life.

I had every excuse in the book. “I’ll start next week. I’m too busy. My kids need this. My kids need that. I’m tired. I have other priorities. I’ll do it later. There’s just no time.”

And when started, I would restrict 1000 calories a day, crave foods, overdo it, and promise myself I’d “start over Monday.” Eventually, I’d just give up. Time after time.

The truth is, all of those excuses felt real but eventually I realized something bigger - My children need a HEALTHY mom.

There’s so much bad information out there! Don’t eat bananas. Don’t eat carbs. Cut this. Avoid that. What I have learned with Anna is that health is about BALANCE!

When I first met Anna, I was so nervous. I had heard so many amazing things about her, but deep down I was scared I wouldn’t actually show up for myself or follow through. Over the last year, I’ve grown so much in my relationship with God, and honestly, I think part of why I chose Anna is because she loves the Lord just like I do. I truly feel like He led me to her! Making time for ourselves as moms can feel impossible, but it is so MPORTANT. Not just for us, but for our children.

Anna makes it doable. A 30-minute workout in my living room? An hour at the gym? 3-5 times a week? I never would’ve believed that could get results… especially while still eating GOOD food! Anna started me at 2000 calories a day, and I was down inches and pounds so quickly!

One thing Anna said to me during our very first in person training has stuck with me ever since. I was complaining about how hard one of the exercises was, and she said “Yeah, this is hard… but osteoporosis is hard too. Pick your hard.” That hit me. I want to be able to enjoy life. I want to be strong and healthy for my family. I want to take care of the temple God gave me.

And no, it’s not always easy. Some of the workouts Anna gives me are definitely not my favorite. When she says deadbugs or hip thrusts, I want to tell her to kick rocks …but I don’t. I just think it. Because at the end of the day, I know the outcome is worth it. There is something incredibly rewarding about finishing something hard and realizing you’re stronger than you thought! You'll need access to some basic equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands work great, but I can customize based on what you have). You'll also need a smartphone or computer to access your workouts, check-in forms, and coaching materials.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No! I focus on flexible, sustainable nutrition using a macro-based approach. You'll learn how to eat in a way that fuels your body, supports your goals, and still allows for your favorite foods—no more crash dieting!

How often do we check in?

We'll have weekly check-ins to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and address any challenges. You'll also have access to ongoing support via messaging so you're never left guessing what to do next.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I understand how to modify workouts for injuries and limitations. If you have any concerns, we'll discuss them before starting and adjust your program accordingly.

How are workouts delivered?
